§1 Scope and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).
§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.hansetextil.de .
(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is entered into with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to the consumer to place an order. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order process.
The order process includes the following steps:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button
- Review of the information in the shopping cart
- Clicking the “Checkout” or “To checkout” button
- Entering billing and shipping address, selecting shipping method and payment method
- Final review and correction of entered data
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Submit” button
Before submitting the order, the consumer may review and correct input errors using the browser’s “Back” function or by closing the browser.
We confirm receipt of the order immediately via an automated email (“order confirmation”). This constitutes acceptance of your offer.
(5) Storage of contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can access the terms and conditions at any time via https://www.hansetextil.de/agb. Your past orders are available in your customer account under “My Account” → “Orders”.
(6) You may request access to your stored data at any time and dispose of your personal data. Details can be found in our privacy policy on this website.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices stated include statutory VAT and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply.
(2) Data collection and processing for payments via InfinitePay “purchase on account” or “SEPA direct debit”
When using InfinitePay payment methods, the purchase price claim is assigned to Financial Management Solutions GmbH (InfinitePay), Haifa-Allee 28, 55128 Mainz, Germany (“InfinitePay”). Required payment data is transmitted for processing. This includes identity and credit checks based on legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. (3) We offer the following PayPal Plus payment methods:
If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website. There you enter your payment details and confirm payment instructions. The transaction is processed immediately by PayPal.
If you choose credit card payment, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. The transaction is processed immediately after authorization and your card is charged.
If you choose direct debit, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you about the charge date (prenotification). The transaction is then processed and your account is debited.

§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery takes place within 14 business days at the latest. The delivery period starts the day after contract conclusion.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery. The buyer is entitled to repair or may withdraw from the contract within the framework of the withdrawal right (§6).
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as follows:
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
For private customers, mattresses are subject to an extended withdrawal period of 30 days from receipt.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must initiate a return via the customer portal. If you ordered as a guest, you can create a customer account here.
Use the same email address used for the order so it can be assigned to your account.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered.
Refunds will be made within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us about the withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
§7 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
§8 Contract Language
The contract language is exclusively German.
